A sample day in the programme consists of:

A dynamic Warm Up:

  • 3-5 minutes on an erg of your choice
  • Into 3 sets:
    • 5 x Walkouts
    • 10 x Worlds greatest stretch
    • 10 x Cat & Cow
    • 10 Bodyweight squats
    • 5 Burpees

Hyrox Personal Fitness Test: 

  • 1000m Run (outdoor or treadmill at 2% incline)
  • 50 Burpee BroadJumps (90cm)
  • 100 Stationary Lunges (fully extended)
  • 1000m Row
  • 30 Push Ups (hand release)
  • 100 Wall Balls @ 3kg, 6kg or 9kg
